Taro Koki is the founder and CEO of Zigzag Asia Co., Ltd. He is responsible for overall operations, sets strategy for the company and directs projects. He is the Executive Producer of the Best Motoring International & Hot Version International DVD series sometimes appearing as a host. He is also a contributing writer for US automobile magazines such as Road & Track/Speed, Super Street, Turbo and Honda Tuning magazine. Taro has been a featured panelist at various events and trade shows such as the MTV Asian Music Conference and Digital Distribution and the Music Industry events. Prior to founding Zigzag Asia in April 2000, Taro graduated from Waseda University, entered Mitsui&Co.,Ltd. in April 1993 and worked in the Telecommunications Projects Division at the Tokyo head office. In 1997 he was transferred to Chile and studied commercial engineering and Spanish at the University of Concepcion and worked for the local Mitsui branch in Santiago. Taro returned to Tokyo in June 1999 where he was mainly in charge of financing lease/loan projects to North & South America, with the Japan Bank for International Cooperation. Kaname Kakuma is Zigzag Asia's Chief Financial Officer. He was born in Tokyo and moved to the U.S. as a young child and spent most of his life in North America in Los Angeles and Toronto. He graduated from Wilfred Laurier University (Waterloo, Ontario, Canada),with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
After graduating, he joined Deloitte & Touche Canada and obtained his chartered accountant (U.S. CP A equivalent) designation in 1997. Kaname was transferred to Tokyo to work for Tohmatsu & Co. in 1998 where he served various reputable clients in different industries which allowed him to gain valuable industry knowledge as well as management skills. He loves playing various sports, especially basketball and baseball, in addition to camping and fishing.

Masaharu "Masa" Kuji is the General Manager of the newly established Zigzag Asia(America) Inc. in Los Angeles and brings to Zigzag Asia more than 10 years of international business experience. Masa spent 8 years at Mitsui & Co.'s Tokyo headquarters in sales and marketing of the performance Chemicals Division. Kuji officially joined ZZA from 2001, but has been closely involved with Zigzag Asia since its inception. He is also a producer/co-writer/voice actor of the Best Motoring International video series contributing fully with his many talents. He has a B.A.in pre-law from famed Keio University in Tokyo. Masaharu grew up in Canada as a child and has been playing ice hockey ever since. He is married with one child and has a dog.

Katsu Takahashi is in charge of the production of Zigzag Asia's car content . He is the director and creative mastermind to the Best Motoring International video series. Car parts exports is another aspect where Katsu has contributed with his wide knowledge of the industry and contacts. Along with Masa he is our inhouse automobile expert.
Katsu left Japan when he was four years old and was raised in Hong Kong, London,and Sydney. After coming back to Japan for high school, he earned a B.A. in Foreign Studies in English at Sophia University. He went onto graduate studies at a law school in Los Angels but withdrew to help start up his family's new business in Tokyo. He adores cars, has much experience driving various cars and is a self-proclaimed critic of motor vehicles. He recently married and loves playing soccer on the weekends.

Yuko Koki is responsible for administration and accounting. Before joining her brother to become the stable backbone of Zigzag Asia, she worked at the marketing department of McDonald's Japan for six years, where she was in charge of planning and executng marketing promotions, and working with advertising agencies to produce TV commercials and POPs. She came back from the States when she was seventeen years old and majored in psychology at Tokyo's Gakushuin University. Besides hanging out with her dog Lobito, she likes traveling, flower arrangement, Japanese incense, piano, and golf.
